wow. Dulce looks like a budgeter’s dream. I will def be checking into those greens. Can any of their shadows be used wet?? I love the foiling technique, but havent tried on myself yet as I don’t have proper shadows or pigments for that.
Is the felt tip liner a soft point tip or a stiff point? I have a felt tip by Physicians Formula, but sometimes fnd the tip a bit to stiff/hard and difficult to use unless I lay it against my eye as you did.
@customanimalart I believe all their shadows can be used wet as they are mineral based. As for the liner, yes it is quite hard at first, but softens up after a few uses

Dulce cosmetics is nice I ordered some a while ago. The only problem was that they didn’t send me my full order. I emailed them and they never responded. I’m very disappointed with Dulce. I love their products but I will not be purchasing from them again.
